My journey—shaped by personal milestones, breakthroughs, and decades of coaching—has been a continuous pursuit of extracting wisdom and applying it to help others grow. I’ve always been passionate about helping people reach their goals and realize their potential. That passion led me to a career in inspirational speaking and consulting, where I now share the lessons, I’ve learned to empower others to become who they desire to be—both personally and professional.

Coach Pellum's experience at the University of Oregon dramatically shaped him and became his fork in the road as he chose a career in college athletics. He has worked with and trained individuals to lead teams for almost 40 years. 

Coach Pellum played an integral role in transforming the University of Oregon Football program “of old” to the new and iconic “O” of today.  With the help of his leadership, the Oregon Ducks captured 7 Pac-12 Championships, and 2 National Championship appearances, and along the way Coach Pellum earned ESPN and Sporting News National Recruiter of the Year. Coach demonstrated his ability to recognize talent and to develop it. Known as "a builder of men", the Linebacker Core at Oregon and UCLA were always revered for discipline, integrity, and leadership. 

Coach Pellum has years of experience interacting and working with the media while appearing on Comcast SportsNet Northwest Production of "Go Ducks" and Comcast SportsNet Northwest Production of "The Five." Coach has had the honor of being the Master of Ceremonies for the City of Eugene's MLK celebration as well as speaking at countless groups, clubs and organizations throughout his storied career.
